Taboo Recipe - Frozen Drinks
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 oz light rum
2 oz vodka
1 oz lemon juice
2 oz pineapple juice
2 tbs sugar
6 mint crushed sprigs
Directions
Put all ingredients into an electric blender with 2 cups of crushed ice.
Blend for 15-30 seconds.
Strain into a collins glass and serve with a straw.
Rum Honey - Frozen Drinks

4 oz light rum
1 oz lemon juice
2 tbs honey

Banana Colada - Frozen Drinks

Ingredients
4 oz golden rum
2 oz coconut cream
8 oz pineapple juice
maraschino cheery
Directions

Pina Colada - Frozen Drinks

Ingredients
2 oz light rum
4 oz pineapple juice
2 oz coconut cream
½ sliced pineapple
Directions
Put all ingredients into an electric blender with 2 cups of crushed ice.
Blend for 20 seconds
Strain into a collins glass and serve.
Vermont Punch
Serves 25
Ingredients
1 liter whiskey
2 quarts lemon juice
8 cups maple syrup
Directions
Combine the whiskey, juice and syrup into a saucepan
Heat over a low flame
Stir and do not bring to a boil
Serve hot
Happy Hour Recipe - Punch
Serves 20
Ingredients
2 bottles champagne
1/5 Southern Comfort
8 oz pineapple juice
8 oz grapefruit
4 oz lemon juice
4 sliced oranges
Directions
Mix the ingredient 2-6 into the punch bowl.
Stir well.
Add the champagne and ice and serve.
Tequila Sunrise - Mixed Drinks
Serves 1
Ingredients
2 oz tequila
4 oz orange juice
1/2 oz grenadine
Directions
Mix the tequila and orange juice into a highball glass with ice.
Pour slowly the grenadine while stirring and serve.
Martini - Mixed Drinks
Serves 1
Ingredients
2 oz vodka
2 dashes of dry vermouth
dash of olive juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Add olive and serve.
Kamikaze - Mixed Drinks
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 oz vodka
1 oz triple sec
1 oz rose's lime juice
1 lime wedge
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into an old fashion glass with ice
Squeeze and drop lime wedge and serve.
Grasshopper - Mixed Drinks
Serves 2
Ingredients
3 oz vodka
2 oz milk
2 oz creme de cacao (white)
1-1/2 creme de menthe (green)
Directions
Start with 2 cups of ice in the Blender
Pour the liquor first
Add the mixer and fruits
Blend in 15 to 30 seconds
Add the garnish and serve
Margarita - Mixed Drinks
Serves 1
Ingredients
1-1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz cointreau
juice of 1/2 a lime
splash of orange juice
Directions
Mix all into a shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass with a salted rim.
Madras - Mixed Drinks
Serves 1
Ingredients
1-1/2 oz vodka
2 oz cranberry juice
2 oz orange juice
lime wedge
Directions
Pour the vodka into a highball glass with ice.
Fill half of the remaining glass with orange juice.
Fill the remaining half with the cranberry juice.
Squeeze and drop the lime wedge in.
Blow Job - Shooter
Ingredients
1/2 Irish Cream
1/4 Vodka
Whipped Cream
Directions
Fill half of each shot glass with Irish cream
Add the vodka until each glass is 3/4 full
Pour the remainder of the glass with the whipped cream
Mixer and Garnish Tonic Water

Lemon and lime-flavored quinine water.

Bisaya is one of the local languages which is widely spoken in Central and Southern Philippines.
