Overseas Bisoy have always missed this language because of its charm and unboring phrases - lots of jokes and funny story-telling. Bisayan language is probably one of the humorous languages in the world.

How to make pizza dough - Pastry

Pizza Dough Recipe

Basic ingredients to make pizza dough or traditional pizza.

2 cups flour
¼ cup warm tap water (between 105-115 degrees)
½ envelope dry yeast (1 1/8 tsp.)
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ cup water (not hot)
1 tsp. kosher salt
Directions:

Pour the warm water into a mixing bowl, then sprinkle the yeast and let stand 5 minutes. Stir to dissolve yeast and let stand another 15 minutes.
Add the ½ cup water and 1 tbsp. olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir.
Mix together the flour and salt in a large bowl.
Pour the liquid ingredients and blend it well.
Knead the dough until dough pulls easily away from side of bowl.
Place the dough onto the surface and shape it a ball. Cover with a towel and let stand approximately 1 hour, or until the ball doubles in size.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Roll the dough and cut to its desired shape
Bake the dough for 10 minutes.
Add desired toppings and bake again until cheese is melted and bubbly.

60g milk powder

6g baking soda
550g water

20g salt

400g class c flour
10g yeast
5g baking powder
5g improver
350g water
1/4 tsp anis seed
25g milk powder
60g shortening
200g sugar
15g salt
